Shipping Policy

You ordered that play mat because tummy time starts today. Or you need that swaddle before another sleepless night. We get it — timing is everything.

Processing time:
1–2 business days. Unless we're having a quilt-folding marathon (we actually enjoy it). If there's any delay, we'll personally let you know.

Shipping options:

• Standard&Free (12–20 business days): For the planners — you know your baby's growth curve.

• Overnight: For emergencies — like the dog ate the lovie. We won't ask questions.
  Tracking:
You'll get a tracking number. If it says "delivered" but you can't find it, check:

• The porch (obviously)

• Behind the plant

• With the neighbor (who has your other packages)

• The magical dimension where single socks go

Missing or damaged?
Email us within 5 days with a photo. We'll replace or refund — plus a little apology gift (maybe a discount code).

Free shipping?
On orders over $49. Because we think you deserve that extra lovie — you know, for backup.
